After more than two decades of serial intrapreneurship in corporate and educational settings, Golnaz leaned into her entrepreneurial spirit and founded diVITY, helping purpose-driven leaders, teams and organizations enhance leadership and team competencies needed to unleash their full potential.
Golnaz has successfully designed and delivered learning experiences to more than 3,000 individuals, creating safe and dynamic spaces for transformative learning and growth. She is an accomplished educator, senior facilitator, researcher and author, who is certified in a number of individual and team assessments including FourSight Breakthrough Thinking, MHS EQi2.0/EQ360, Psychometrics MBTI and Kairios Values Perspectives. Golnaz is a certified creative problem solving facilitator and master trainer in the 4MAT4Business instructional design methodology.
Golnaz holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the University of British Columbia. She also earned her Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Analysis from Athabasca University. She is currently an Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University.
Golnaz was co-recipient of a major research grant from the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development to study the impact and effectiveness of an experiential model in her leadership classes at an Ontario-based academic institution. She also had the honour of leading a cross-disciplinary innovation team that designed and successfully launched a program-level portfolio learning model for five undergraduate business degrees at the same institution.
