Dr. Golnaz Golnaraghi (she/her) is an award-winning social impact entrepreneur, sought-after keynote speaker, and author who challenges leaders and teams to rethink leadership, trust, and workplace belonging. With a bold and compassionate presence on stage, she masterfully weaves compelling storytelling, research-backed insights, and bold calls to action to inspire real change in workplaces.

With a career spanning corporate leadership, academia, and social impact entrepreneurship, Golnaz brings a rare, multidimensional perspective to every audience. Her journey, navigating boardrooms, classrooms, and entrepreneurial ventures, has shaped her expertise in humanizing leadership, cultivating inclusive teams, and advancing women of colour in leadership.

As the founder of Accelerate Her Future, Golnaz has created Canada’s leading career accelerator by and for Indigenous, Black and racialized women in business and tech, fostering networks of solidarity and action. She also leads Divity Group, specializing in transformational leadership development and equity-centered learning for individuals ready to make a lasting impact.

A TEDx speaker, Golnaz has delivered keynotes and workshops for organizations including Accenture, IGM Financial, Rogers Communications, Startup Canada, WSIB, and more. Her thought leadership has been featured in books, journals, and leading publications, including co-authoring a chapter in The Oxford Handbook of Diversity in Organizations.

Golnaz’s groundbreaking work has earned her national recognition, including being named a Top 50 Changemaker by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business, and a CILAR (Coalition of Innovation Leaders Advancing Respect) Aspiring Innovator Award recipient for her leadership in advancing equity in innovation.

A global citizen and lifelong learner, Golnaz has lived in three countries and is currently based in Toronto.
